The call you miss is the job you lose
A quote request that waits until morning is usually booked somewhere else by then. Nights, weekends, and the twenty minutes your dispatcher is on another line are all revenue leaving the building.
Our agent picks up on the first ring, every time. It takes the trip details, prices the run from the rates you already use, and texts the caller a quote while they are still on the phone. Anything it should not handle — a complaint, a live trip, an account customer with a special arrangement — goes straight to a person.
How it works
Three steps, and the operator keeps control of all of them.
-
1
It answers
Calls route to your agent on your own number. It greets callers in your company’s name and knows your hours, service area, and fleet.
-
2
It quotes
Zone, hourly, or mileage pricing from your rate tables, with your surcharges and minimums applied the way you already apply them.
-
3
You confirm
The booking lands in your queue with the recording, the transcript, and the quote attached. Your dispatcher confirms it, or the agent can book it outright.
Built for how operators actually run
- Your rates, not oursZone, hourly, and mileage pricing, with fuel surcharges, minimums, and vehicle-class rules.
- Your numbersEach operator runs on their own phone number, greeting, and voice.
- Transfer when it mattersIntent-based routing to dispatch, with voicemail capture when nobody picks up.
- Every call on recordRecordings, transcripts, and outcomes in a dashboard, searchable after the fact.
- Instant or request bookingLet the agent confirm on the spot, or hold everything for a human to approve.
- Recording done lawfullyPer-jurisdiction disclosure, configured per operator rather than hard-coded.
Our messaging program
The platform sends SMS text messages on behalf of the transportation operators who use it. There are two kinds, and both are transactional — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not buy, rent, or sell phone numbers for messaging.
- Quote and booking messages
- When someone calls an operator and asks for a price, the agent offers to text them the quote and a link to confirm the booking. The message is sent only to the number the caller provides, only when the caller agrees on the call, and only for that one trip.
- Trip notifications
- Confirmations, reminders, and changes for a trip the passenger has already booked with the operator — pickup time, vehicle, and chauffeur details.
How consent is obtained
Consent is spoken, during a phone call the person placed to the operator. The agent asks whether the caller would like the quote or confirmation by text and reads back the number before sending. Nothing is sent to a number that did not ask for it on the call, and we never text a number collected from any other source.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies by trip; typically one to four messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.
